Arthroscopic anterolateral portal view of left knee. With the knee in the familiar 90° flexion position, a TPG aimer is placed through the arthroscopic AM portal and seated on the lateral wall of the femoral intercondylar notch at the 2-o'clock position. Next, a Beath pin is brought through the TPG, and impacted into lateral wall of the notch, to mark the centrum of ACL femoral socket.
