Arthroscopy Journal Level I Evidence Prize. At the recommendation of the Journal Board of Trustees and with approval of the AANA Board, we are pleased to announce the 2009 Arthroscopy Journal Level I Evidence Prize. Although level of evidence is but one measure of the quality of a scientific article, studies of the highest levels of evidence are best able to provide answers to clinical questions. As such, we will award a prize of $5,000 to the best Level I Evidence paper published in Arthroscopy in 2009. The award will be judged by the Journal's Editors and Associate Editors, who have recused themselves from the competition.
