Arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation of a rare suprafoveal displaced femoral head fracture without associated dislocation. Highlights include (1) the translation and reduction of a large weight-bearing osteochondral fragment by use of the chopstick maneuver, where the displaced fragment is derotated into a reduced position with the aid of 2 guide pins, and (2) arthroscopic internal fixation by use of 2 Herbert screws.
