Left hip viewed from midanterior portal. Working through the anterolateral portal, the surgeon passes the stitches through the labrum with the Suture Lasso. Knotless 2.9-mm PushLock suture anchors are used to fix the labrum to the acetabular rim. On completion of the labral repair, the tight contact between the labrum and femoral head has been restored.
