Right hip in an 18-year-old male wrestler (case 2) who presented with combined-type FAI and a large superior rim fracture. The video shows the rim fracture and acetabular rim after rim resection, partial resection of the fragment, and labral takedown, followed by internal fixation with cannulated screws and labral refixation with suture anchors.
