Abstract
A technique for modified outside-in suture technique for meniscal suture repair is
described. This technique is particularly useful in degerative menisci in that the
positioning of the suture causes the meniscus to exert steady pressure to a larger
area. There are no knots in the joint space to cause irritation or sliding of the
suture.
