The Repicci II is a modified Marmar prosthesis developed by John Repicci, M.D. It
facilitates his minimally invasive procedure, which is not only performed through
a “mini” arthrotomy exposure, but also requires minimal removal of femoral and tibial
bone and preserves the sclerotic subchondral bone. It can be performed as an outpatient
procedure if general health status permits.
