        On the Cover: Arthroscopic image of a right shoulder after posteroinferior capsulolabral repair with 3 suture anchors and nonabsorbable suture in the lateral decubitus position. The inferior portion of the glenoid is to the left. The probe is in between the second and third anchors, which are placed near 7 and 8 o’clock on the right shoulder, and the most inferior anchor (anchor 1) is near the 6 o’clock position to perform the capsulolabral repair.
