On the Cover: A 14-year-old boy presented with right knee mechanical symptoms following a recurrent soccer injury, with the initial injury 8 months prior. The arthroscopic image, as viewed through a standard anterolateral portal, shows a medial meniscus tear with the meniscal fragment flipped into the medial gutter. The tear was determined to be irreparable because of its chronicity and avascular state. The fragment was reduced into the joint and a partial medial meniscectomy was performed.
