On the Cover: Bucket-handle tear of the medial and lateral menisci. This 23-year-old man presented with an acute injury to his right knee 3 weeks after jumping over a fence and landing awkwardly. He felt a “pop” and had immediate pain and difficulty bearing weight on the affected leg. His exam showed a 10 degree loss of terminal extension consistent with a locked knee and MRI confirmed a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament with associated bucket handle tear of the medial and lateral menisci. This was confirmed at the time of arthroscopy. See the accompanying video at www.arthroscopyjournal.org. Courtesy of Mark D. Miller, M.D., and Jennifer A. Hart, M.P.A.C., PA-C.
