Tears of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus can be challenging to repair because
the capsule and its attachment are thin. The aim of this study was to evaluate the
clinical results of an all-inside repair technique for unstable, vertical, lateral
meniscus tears, using a suture anchor device placed directly into the popliteus tendon.
