MRA Findings Predictive of Hip Arthroscopy Outcomes for Femoroacetabular Impingement

Currently, magnetic resonance arthrogram (MRA) is a reference imaging tool used prior to hip arthroscopy for femoroacetabular impingement (FAI). Although plain radiographs are used to assess in evaluation of surgical candidates preoperatively, few studies have shown the predictive value of preoperative MRA. The purpose of this study was to prospectively correlate preoperative MRA findings to the surgical outcomes after hip arthroscopy using patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs).
