Neuropathies associated with hip arthroscopy have been reported to be between 1-2%.
Increased traction time (>2hr), increased traction force and the use of a femoral
nerve block have been connected to neurological complications. The objective was to
decipher the location and duration of neuropathy following hip arthroscopy and its
association with traction time, force and postoperative nerve block.
